Richard Hatch tax evasion trial kicks off

hatch Gay Survivor winner Richard Hatch is already facing an uphill battle in federal court and his trial has just begun. The government needs to prove that Hatch intentionally cheated the IRS, which could be easier to do if Hatch's accountant can't testify. He's fighting charges he failed to pay taxes on his $1 million reality television prize. A federal grand jury indicted him in September.
