NEH anti-gay flagging grant applicants?
USA: Is the National Endowment for the Humanities anti-gay flagging grants? Marc Stein's application earned the top possible rating from every member of a peer review panel - only to have his gay studies effort ultimately rejected. Sounds like he totally read them at their annual meeting too.
