Q-Television expands in New York state
New York: Q Television Network struck a deal with two Time Warner Cable systems and beginning tomorrow, October 1, Time Warner's Syracuse and Rochester markets can get the network, both as a linear digital channel, as well as a video-on-demand offering. (Thanks Karl)
