Gay Straight club students sue Minneapolis school district
Minnesota: Two Minneapolis student members of Straights and Gays for Equality (SAGE) at Maple Grove Senior High School have sued their school district over denial of certain privileges extended to other extracurricular school clubs. They're citing violation of the federal Equal Access Act stating public schools must extend the same privileges to all student-organized, non-curricular clubs.
