Call for Reilly to refuse to certify Massachusetts gay marriage ballot

Massachusetts: A 32-page memorandum submitted by Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders is calling on Attorney General Thomas Reilly to refuse to certify a proposed ballot question for 2008 that would ban gay marriage. His decision, one way or the other, will inevitably effect his gubernatorial campaign.
