Tyumen gay pride parade permit refused by mayor
Russia: Tyumen mayor’s office has refused to permit a gay parade in the city on September 5 while citing procedural violations. Organized by SchizLONG, the participants planned to march in masks along the main thoroughfare to lay flowers at the Eternal Flame and to continue the feast on the Lovers Bridge.
