Kevin Hale murder a gay hate crime

elaine divinny Elaine DeVinny, pictured, doesn't understand why anyone would have wanted to kill her son. Kevin Hale was murdered recently in Montrose, Colorado, and police are investigating his death as a possible hate crime. Hale told police previously that his life was being threatened because he was gay, that one of the suspects, a former co-worker, had been harassing him and that the torments were escalating. Todd Fiske, 24, and Adam Hernandez, 21, have been charged with first-degree murder. Hale's body was found in Buckley Park on July 30. Montrose County Coroner Mark Young couldn't release the cause of death until toxicology tests were complete, although he did say it was not a beating, shooting or stabbing and that there is no doubt it was a homicide.
