Padlocked testicles bring call for emergency workers
New Hampshire: Emergency workers helped a Brentwood man out after "a friend" apparently locked a padlock around his testicles. The man told them the padlock had been there for two weeks. Police don't know the motive for the incident, but I'm sure some of you have an idea.
