Zanzibar looks at life imprisonment for gays and lesbians
Zanzibar: A new bill has been drafted imposing stiffer penalties on gay men and lesbians and a ban on same-sex marriage. Under current laws, homosexuality is already illegal, but the new legislation calls for life imprisonment.
