Navratilova settles Rainbow Card suit over depraved programming
Is Martina Navratilova a prude or an opportunist? You decide. She's settled her lawsuit against Do Tell Inc., filed because she didn't like the way their Rainbow Card was being marketed with "The L Word" and "Queer As Folk," shows she called "depraved." In late 2004 she asked Do Tell to stop using her image. Terms of the settlement were not released. Navratilova was seeking at least $75,000 in damages.
