David Gallagher to play a gay Dorian Gray
Remember hottie Ryan Phillippe of 54 and Cruel Intentions? He's been busy putting together a new version of Oscar Wilde's "The Picture of Dorian Gray" that he's producing, directing and starring in - something of a stretch considering that Phillippe is 33 and the story is about an 18-year-old who never ages while a hidden painting of him does. And now it's getting worse for him with Page Six reporting that gay British filmmaker Duncan Roy has a Dorian Gray version in the works and it's going to beat Phillippe's to the big screen. And, get this, Roy’s Dorian will star 7th Heaven’s David Gallagher, 18, pictured. Roy's is very homoerotic too. “The film is sexually graphic. It’s not rampant ... but there is one very hot same-sex scene… We just put the ‘gay’ back into Dorian Gray.” I can't help but think that Oscar Wilde would be proud.
