Gay director Pedro Almodovar receives Bunuel's Razor award
Gay Spanish film writer/director Pedro Almodovar has finally gotten recognition for his work at home. Having achieved critical acclaim all over the map, Spain finally honored him with the Bunuel’s Razor award for best Spanish movie of 2004. He picked up his trophy from All About My Mother's Penelope Cruz who is also set to star in his new film "Volver" with fellow alumni star Carmen Maura. He said, "This award is significant and important because it is the only one that I have received in Spain for Bad Education."
