HIV positive mother arrested for not revealing status
Ontario: While not queer specific, it's disturbing that police have arrested and charged an HIV-positive mother who allegedly failed to alert hospital staff to her condition during childbirth so they could protect the newborn from infection. (Thanks Mark)
