She-male arrested with 420 knickers
In Tokyo, Japan, police arrested a 33-year-old cross-dresser on charges of theft and one act of obscenity. In his apartment they recovered 420 pieces of female underwear and other items he confessed to having stolen. The suspect, Yuji Ishimatsu, also received another arrest warrant for allegedly groping a 16-year-old girl from behind. A police spokesman reported he was dressed like a school girl at that time, complete with fashionable sagging white socks and uniform-like skirt.
