Farewell to Katharine Hepburn
Screen and stage legend Katharine Hepburn died Sunday in her Connecticut home. The 96-year-old actress, whose career spanned seven decades, had been in failing health for a number of years. Hepburn transformed herself from a key film actress of her generation into thespian - and some say lesbian - royalty, though no one denies that actor Spencer Tracy was the love of her life.
